These terms govern the use of the friendealer.com website (the “Site”) and its waitlist, published by Friendealer Inc., Québec, Canada (“Friendealer”, “we”). By using the Site, you accept them. Each Friendealer app has its own terms, presented in the app or on its website.

Purpose of the Site

The Site presents Friendealer, its apps (including MRAYA) and the planned marketplace of shared activities. It is provided free of charge, for information. Services described as “coming soon” or “in the works” are not yet available: their features may change and do not constitute an offer.

Waitlist

Signing up is free, optional and reserved for people aged 14 and over. You agree to provide your own email address. Signing up gives you no particular right (access, price, booking) and commits you to nothing. You can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
  • sign up someone else’s address without their agreement, or automate sign-ups;
  • attempt unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the Site or bypass its protections;
  • reproduce the Site or its content for commercial purposes without permission.

Intellectual property

The text, illustrations, logos, mascot, visuals and code of the Site belong to Friendealer Inc. or its licensors. FRIENDEALER is a registered trademark of Friendealer Inc.; MRAYA™ is a trademark of Friendealer Inc. Items from the press kit may be used to talk about Friendealer and its apps, following the usage guidelines provided; any other use requires our written permission.

Warranties and liability

We do our best to keep the Site accurate, available and secure, but it is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, Friendealer Inc. is not liable for indirect damages related to the use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by Québec’s Consumer Protection Act or any other mandatory law.

Changes

We may change the Site and these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Québec, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
